My husband and I walk on Wednesday nights, at an indoor track, while our son attends Air Cadets.  Last night, while walking, I caught my reflection in the window as we finished our lap, I averted my eyes and said to my husband “I’m not ready to look left … yet”.  He then looked too and we both agreed that we have to do more walking before we are comfortable with our “reflections”. Enjoying the vegetables of my labour.

This will be a short post, work is busy but I wanted to express how I both enjoy what I’m eating and show that I do eat what I make.

Enjoying the fruits vegetables of my labour.  So this week I made three different types of mason jar salads: Chicken Fajita, Black Bean & Quinoa and Mixed.  To be honest, the last one was created from what I had in the crisper.  My oldest son really enjoys vegetables so I knew he’d like this one.  Well, so did I.
