It’s been a month, time to weigh in. The results, while not what I would have wanted, are not too surprising. But November is a month of changes.

Just a quick check-in, it seems that I forgot my fork when packing my lunch today and only figured that out when I sat down to eat. I could have walked to the cafeteria to pick up a plastic fork, but I was working on a task and really didn’t have the time, so I improvised. It seems that you can eat a salad with a spoon. This will be a short post, work is busy but I wanted to express how I both enjoy what I’m eating and show that I do eat what I make.
fruits vegetables of my labour. So this week I made three different types of mason jar salads: Chicken Fajita, Black Bean & Quinoa and Mixed.
