So, I set a goal for myself last week:
GOAL: this week I must exercise for 30 minutes (with at least 15 of that for cardio) before I can earn the “fit points” needed to play ESO.
GOAL UPDATE: It pays to set attainable goals, last week I managed to exercise 5 of the 7 days. And it paid.
I am going to continue another week with this goal, I really enjoyed myself, it was hard sometimes (I get bored easily) but I loved walking my dog and the kettle bell exercises were awesome.
So, the title to this weeks weigh in post is “What’s your song?”. I went for a long walk to get my coffee this morning and decided to play some music while I navigated through our office.
It really makes the walk a lot more enjoyable. I’m a little worried, since my song was Uptown Funk and I may have “wiggled” a bit while I walked. It is really hard to not have a bounce in your step when you hear an upbeat song. What song really gets you moving? Respond to this post with your all time “shake-it-like-you-own-it” song. Maybe I’ll give it a listen and add it to my Favourites.
