Week 7 is here and I can hardly believe it. While my oldest son and I made the salads, I mentioned that this is the 7th week of mason jar salads we’ve created. He was just as surprise as I was. Time has really flown by. I can honestly say that I have never, in my entire life eaten as much salad (vegetables) as I have during this part of my plan. *patting myself on the back*
Again I consulted the men of the household, and they really didn’t have much to say exept they like the Caesar salad, so I made that one. I also made Loaded Tuna (my favourite) and I tweaked the Chopped Cobb. I made 7 Cobb, leaving out the egg in 3 since my son doesn’t like hard boiled eggs. While I’ve really learned to LOVE Saint Agur Blue Cheese, I don’t care for blue cheese salad dressing, so we switched it this time for Ranch. Oh and I would have posted this last night but, my husband had my laptop (looking up Elder Scrolls crafting guides) so I figured I would just post today.

Sad to say, I really haven’t made much progress planning my meals before Sunday. On the flip side, because I’ve made so many salads, I can just pick/choose the ones I want and I don’t have too much guess work for the shopping. I did make another freezer meal, I’ll post that tonight since it is now in my crock pot!
