Let’s be honest, when you are looking online for help/inspiration, you are really looking for two things when you find someone who succeeded:
- Instructions on how they lost the weight
- Before and after pictures
I think I’m doing a good job on #1, I’m literally documenting every up and down. Telling you what works for me and what doesn’t. But as for #2, I’ve been shying away from the camera for awhile now, so this was a bit harder. I will try to post pictures each month. So let’s get started!
