So, I’ve talked about it. I’ve posted about it. And now I’m actually doing it. I will be weighing myself on the 1st of every month (regardless of what day of the week it is).
Now that my medications have hopefully been lowered for the last time (I’ve had them lowered several times). You can see more on what I wrote about my medication here.
I’ve gained a few pounds back since my last weigh in (please ignore my lack of pedicure before weigh in, I’ll get one before November 1st), however it’s been a struggle to maintain constant weight loss while juggling medication reduction. I’m looking forward to what the next month will bring.
The Plan
FOOD – meal planning (this is easy for breakfast/lunch) that will include better choices for dinners.
MOVEMENT – admittedly, this is my weak point. I get up, go to work, run an errand or two, and go home. I need to add, [insert big sigh], a minimum of 15 minutes a day to my routine. “Kneesaa, let’s go for a walk” (Kneesaa is my 8yr old Shi-Poo)
